Solutions

Expert Solution

Government spending is the spending of the government for the development of the nations . It includes various spendings of government on eductaion, roads , infrastructure , health sector , service sector , tourism , wars etc. Ultimately government spend the money on the basis of the revenue collection by the public in the form of taxes or by taking debts .

If the government want to increase the spending on country , then there may be the two ways through which they can finance money either by increasing taxes ( which are revenues for the government ) or debts. If the govenrment will finance it through taxes then it will ultimately increase the burden of taxpayers .

Ultimately , suppose if the government finance the spending through debts then in that case government will have to pay interest on the borrowings which will ultimately increase the burden of taxpayers or citizens of that country . But the fact is that through debt burden is not presently impose , it will be on taxpayers head in future.

Ultimately taxpayers are the one's who are the culprits in both cases .
