(i) Buyer risk -1. Risk of being get chit with respect to quality supply of product or services

2. Unwanted expenditure of time and money.

Buyer reward- 1. he can enjoy finish goods or services or good

2. he can save time and money.

(ii) sailer risk - 1. In case of credit issue , recovery of money may become difficult

2. he may miss th customer if he do not develop flexible terms.

Sailer rewards- 1. He may develop his customers count

2. customer count result maximum benefit

(iii) lender risk 1. tenant may claim ownership

2. court favor the weaker section as to tenet is weak

lender reward 1. can obtain good rent

2. Can develop good business.

iv) Real estate agent risk . 1. May get defame if either party fail to execute contractual terms.

2. His investment of time will ruin

Real estate agent reward- 1. He may receive his fees on time

2. If deed close within stipulated time no further litigation require.
