Assume that a highly controversial and publicly polarizing bill has been passed by the US House of Representatives and is currently up for vote in the US Senate. If the bill passes through the Senate, outline and describe the process by which the bill will become law, or not become law. If the bill becomes law, will it remain law forever?
Identify the three branches of government and describe how the separation of powers created by the three different branches can provide a system of checks and balances of the bill. Be sure to mention each branch of government and thoroughly describe each branch’s role in providing checks and balances to the action of the Senate. If the bill does in fact become law, generally describe what, if anything, states who may oppose the new law may do to counteract or abate the impact of the federal law.

(a) Bill Draft:Member of House or Senate who provide theme behind law can draft a bill.Those who supported the bill is called the sponsor.
(b)Bill Intrioduction:Next step is bill introduction in Senate.If sponsor in this case Senate,then bill will be introduce in Senate.But bill can also be introduce in the House if representative is sponsor in this case.
(c)Bill mentioned to Committee:When bill is introduced,Congress check it throughly.In case of any confusion or clarity committee also hold meeting with sponsor in oder to understand bills minutely.
(d)Sub committee:If there is any changes or alteration needs in bill,sub committee look into it.It works under committee.
(e)Mark Up of bill:After subcommitee complete their procedure,committee will hold meeting to "mark up" the bill.
(f)Full Chamber Voting:When bill comes on floor,debate will take place between members of the full chamber.
(g)The bill goes to the president:After debate between chamber members and approval of bill.by them,the bill is sent to the president.If President takes no action for 10 days, it is consider that President is ok with law and gives his approval.If President not okay with it he may veto the bill.
(h)Veto over riding:If both the senate and House pass the bill by a two-third majority,it got power to over ride the President veto.
We can revoke a bill by passing a new bill against it,incase you enough votes in both houses.

Legislative:Their primary fuction to makes law and sent it to president for approval.If president not sign it for 10 days.It will become a law.But if anyhow the president vetoed it,legislative authority can override president with two third of a vote.
Executive:Their primary function has include daily basis of boosting and implementation of Federal laws.they can declare excecutive orders which are like announcement of implementing the law.
Judicial:It is system of federal courts and judges that interprets made by legislative branch and enforced by the exceutive branch.Judicial branch are the nine justices of the Supreme Court,the highest court in the United States.
(3)If anyhow there is a disagreement between state and federal law.State law can be applicable in respective state.but federal authority.always have power to stop them.
