Indigenous people suffer mostly from all chronic diseases,communicable disease, infant and child death with poor life expectancy. they find it difficult to access primary health care services. there is a barrier due to discrimination and racism as a identified cause of issues that hinders the indigous people from accessing primary health care. ensuring access to primary health care improve health outcome for the people. preveting barriers and improving knowledge on health promotion eliminating high cost treatment, discrimination and racsim, collaboration and communication with health care professionals improve access to health care in local communities. culturally appropriate service help indigouos people to access to health service. public health service collaboration, partnership with other sectors promote the health service, it prevent illness, promote health and provide option for health care service. transportation availability and telemedicne advancement, funding, improve indigenous low income people health care access. Acceptability of service depend upon on health care providers cultural understand and respecting their norms and beliefs among community service improve their health care beliefs and make the people to engage in health care access. encourgae the people in community to work in partnership improve health and wellbeing it improve their knowledge and help adhere to heath care service.
