increases the risk of the chronic disease. For short term impact it
includes difficulty in walking, doing daily normal work etc. For
long term it increases the risk of diseases such as hypertension,
diabetes, cardiovascular disease etc.
- Nutrition: Poor intake of food lead to increased risk of lack
of nutrition. The poor lifestyle such as increased intake of
caffeinated beverages, alcohol or smoking leads to increase risk of
deficiency diseases. The short term effect could be such as
uneasiness, fatigue etc. But the long term impact leads to
deficiency diseases.
- Stress: It is one of the most underrated health risk. People
suffer stress in their daily life due to social, personal pressure.
It could lead in to depression. Person becomes unable to
concentrate, think rationally etc. If not treated could result in
to suicide.
