a)both children and adults are dependent on adult individuals.They require assistance in mobilisation,feeding etc
b)both of these age groups has issues in communication.So it should be addressed properly.
c)Abuse and negligence is a major concern in this groups.
d)Malnutrion is prevalent in both age groups if the carer does not know about the nutritional needs
2.Long term services payment
most of the elderly spend from their savings to meet their needs.Some countries has certain medical aid in relation to their care.The government and non profit organisations also might help especially the poor.

Rehabilitation plays an important role in long term care .The main focus is providing assistance in activities of daily living and decreasing dependency on carer and reduce pain.Many of them are suffering from deteriorating health conditions and rehabitilitation services aims at reducing their sufferings
