By providing cultural competence environment, one can easily enhance the method of treatment. Due time increased diversity in the population, many patients with diverse cultures requires addmission and care in the healthcare organizations.. So, it has become important to learn about the methods to provide cultural competence environment.

Some of the reasons people resists to learn different cultures as:

• Lack of flexibility
• Lack of attention
• Regressive values.
• Poor compliance.
• People find difficulties in learning new things.

While practicing the cultural competence, it is important to avoid biasness. To elevate the quality of care one should pay attention to the findings of the patient's health assessment.
