Answer   FIVE CATEGORIES OF EXPRESSED POWER:

  1. Power to sign or veto legislation - if the bill which is passed in the house but untill it's signed by the president it will not become law and he has full rights to accept or refuse ; example - one bill which came in act or law in 2004 ,as before it had been rejected that was OLFUR RAGNAR GRIMMSON
  2. Command the armed forces - it means that the President, will command the instructions and military force will work accordingly.
  3. Ask in written opinion from cabinet - covers under article 2 section 2. Says the president can ask in writting by the principal officer along all this the department wise and subject wise duty for it. Example he can ask the cabinet to analyse some certain topic and give him his opinion
  4. Convene or adjorn congress - as per article 2 section 3, the president has the power to convene one or both parties at same time example once as jorned in January 2 ,1948
  5. Grant reprieves and pardon and receive ambassador - under article 2 and sector 2;that whosoever goes against America in any case president can practice this power

Additional power to president -

​​​​​​​The president do enjoys that he has not just about presidency wherein he can exercise few other rights which are not as such mentioned in the constitution.those are-

  • If unitary executive says that if presidential power if inherented that comes as becoming chief commander are open ended and can't b analysed by two branches
  • If said in constitution " the executive power shall be vested in president" it will turn out to be a law
