veritical organisation is an organisation that was designed in a hierarchy way and power is delivered from top to bottom strictly. vertical organization is based on bureacratic theory . this bureacratic name as first used by vincent de gournay (17121759). after that french academy used this word as power. then german sociologist max weber created strict rules and regulation in order to control and regulate behaviour of staff in an organization and also function the organizartion in an good way . The main feature of bureaucracy are discipline, strictness, continuity, clear hierarchy, specification, unified control promotion and salary. lower level staff are supervised by top supervisor in hierarchy.
