In the current organization there is an internal job posting platform where the internal jobs are posted within the organization which is accessible to everyone who is a designated employee of the organization. The internal job posting platform is regularly updated with relevant new job openings along with necessary qualifications, experience level, requirements of job skills. There is also a detailed job description, Job position details, immediate reporting manager details, the functional details, expected results from the job applicants are some of the qualifying criteria that are posted along with the job openings. This information is a qualifying criterion that acts as a medium for employees to self check their eligibility for the job and apply for the same.

However, these mechanisms available only for the new job openings and not every job position available in the organization. Hence, the employees may be able to see only the qualifying criteria of the open job positions and not all the job positions available in the company.
