Which reflexes are most commonly retained in children with disabilities (different from the general population)?
The most frequently occurring reflex 66 percent of children, is the ATNR L, and the least frequently occurring is the STNR FLX - 34 percent of children.
STNR FLX does not show presence of the maximum intensity in any of children.
Children with disabilities:
-The rehabilitation of children with physical impairments in some ways resembles and in many ways diffes from established for adults.
- It is a challenging combination of normal child care and the best of rehabilitation interventions strategies.
-Successful rehabilitation interventions required the understanding that a child is not merely a miniature adult, and that specific physiological parameters exits that either complicate or allow unique interventions opportunities.
- Development disabilities in children exert a major impact not only on the child's ability to function in the family and in society.
- The impact is much greater in children with multiple disabilities or with either cerebral palsy, seizures, delays growth and development, or emotional and behavioral problems.

Common concern in treating disabled children:-. Specific clinical conditions, well child care should not over looked, with careful attention paid to monitoring of growth, parameters , nutrition, especially immunizations.
