What strategic problems does Robin Hood have?

Solutions

Expert Solution

There are number of issues which have to be resolved by Robin Hood if he wanted to continue his crusade. One of the most significant problems which must be addressed by Robin is that he should address the fact that there is an overstaffing in the band of Merrymen and in the absence of sufficient resources, it is not possible to sustain for long. While other travelers are trying to find out the various alternative options, Merrymen is finding it difficult to retain its revenue. This can be seen as a classic plot of profit squeeze. The increasing cost of the mission and decreasing revenue indicates that now there is a lesser revenue which can be distributed with the poor. The other issue can be seen as many recruits are coming to provide assistance to Merrymen and thus making it hard to avoid detection. This can cause a number of security issues in the organization. These kind of conflicts in the group can result in sending of spies from sheriff or the problem of indiscipline. At last , the timing of the campaign is also to be decided against the Sheriff and whether to accept or reject the offer from barons.
