The Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) are a set of nutrient recommendations that encompass a number of different terms. match the nutrient recommendation and explanation to its corresponding DRI term.

A. Adult men are advised to consume 35 mcg/d of chromium. there is not enough research to make a more definitive recommendation, but this amount appears to maintain nutritional health.
B. The average energy intake for a male aged 9 to 13 years of age is estimated to be 2279 kcal per day.
C. Nonpregnanant females ages 14 to 18 years of age are advised to have 60mg of vitamin C per day. This amount meets the vitamin C need for -97% of this age and sex.
D. reducing sodium to under 2300 mg per day is associated with reducing cardiovascular disease risk.
E. One piece of whole wheat bread provides 3 grams of dietary fiber. this is -11% of the amount of daily fiber needed by a healthy adult.
F. Adults are advised to limit intake of synthetic folate to 1000mcg per day out of concern that higher amounts could mask symptoms of vitamin B-12 deficiency?
1) RDA :- Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs) are the levels
of intake of essential nutrients that, on the basis of scientific
knowledge, are judged by the Food and Nutrition Board to be
adequate to meet the known nutrient needs of practically all
healthy persons. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) is the
average daily dietary intake level that is sufficient to meet the
nutrient requirement of nearly all (97 to 98 percent) healthy
individuals in a particular gender and life stage group (life stage
considers age and, when applicable, pregnancy or lactation).
2) UL :- Underwriters' Laboratories, or UL as it is universally
known, tests and evaluates components and products that allows a
certification mark to be placed by the manufacturer. Most common
are the "UL Listed" and "UL Recognized" marks.UL stands for
Underwriter Laboratories, a third-party certification company
that's been around for over a century. While there are almost 20
NRTLs globally, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is one the most
popular and leading certification companies in North America. Any
product bearing the “UL” mark signifies that it has been tested and
certified to a specific UL standard. The HTML <ul> element
represents an unordered list of items, typically rendered as a
bulleted list.
3) AI :-Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of
human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like
humans and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any
machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as
learning and problem-solving.Artificial intelligence, sometimes
called machine intelligence, is intelligence demonstrated by
machines, unlike the natural intelligence displayed by humans and
animals. In summary, the goal of AI is to provide software that can
reason on input and explain on output. AI will provide human-like
interactions with software and offer decision support for specific
tasks, but it's not a replacement for humans – and won't be anytime
soon.Examples of AI are :Google's AI-Powered
Predictions,Ridesharing Apps Like Uber and Lyft,Commercial Flights
Use an AI Autopilot,Spam Filters,Smart Email
Categorization,Plagiarism Checkers,Robo-readers,Mobile Check
Deposits.
4) EER :- Energy Efficiency of Room,Air Conditioners
A room air conditioner's efficiency is measured by the energy
efficiency ratio(EER). The EER is the ratio of the cooling capacity
(in British thermal units [Btu] per hour) to the power input (in
watts). The higher the EER rating, the more efficient the air
conditioner.
Estimated Energy Requirement (EER) is the average dietary energy
intake that is predicted to maintain energy balance in healthy,
normal weight individuals of a defined age, gender, weight, height,
and level of physical activity consistent with good health.
5) DV :- Stands for "Digital Video." Unlike traditional analog
video, which is captured frame by frame on a tape, digital video is
recorded digitally, as ones and zeros. Since it is stored in a
digital format, digital video can be recognized and edited by a
computer, which is also a digital device.
6) CDRR :- This site contains various terms related to bank,
Insurance companies, Automobiles, Finance, Mobile phones, software,
computers,Travelling, School, Colleges, Studies, Health and other
terms.
7) Some researchers suggest that 1,000 micrograms a day should be
considered the upper limit. Excessive doses of chromium may
actually worsen insulin sensitivity. The doses used in clinical
studies vary. For example, for diabetes, people have taken
200-1,000 micrograms daily, split two to three times a day. When
taken by mouth:Chromium is LIKELY SAFE for most adults in medicinal
amounts, short-term. Up to 1000 mcg per day of chromium has been
used safely for up to 6 months. When taken by mouth in these doses
for longer periods of time, chromium is POSSIBLY SAFE for most
adults.Chromium is an essential trace mineral that can improve
insulin sensitivity and enhance protein, carbohydrate, and lipid
metabolism. It is a metallic element that people need very small
quantities.
8) 6 to 8 years old: 1,600 caloriesper day. 9 and 10 years old:
1,800 calories per day. 11 years old to 13 years old: 2,200calories
per day.
9) 14 to 18 years 75 mg/day
19 years and up 90 mg/day
10) Stop smoking. If you smoke, quit.
Choose good nutrition. A healthy diet is one of the best weapons
you have to fight cardiovascular disease.
High blood cholesterol.
Lower high blood pressure.
Be physically active every day.
Aim for a healthy weight.
Manage diabetes.
11) According to the Institute of Medicine, it is recommended that,
in adults 50 or younger, women should consume 25 grams of fiber
daily and men 38 grams. In adults 51 or older, women should consume
21 grams of fiber daily and men 30grams. "Cruciferous Vegetables
and Cancer Prevention." National Cancer Institute.According to the
American Heart Association, the daily value for fiber is 25 grams
per day on a 2,000-calorie diet for adults. This number may also
depend on age or sex: women under 50: 21 to 25 grams per day. men
under 50: 30 to 38 grams per day.The American Heart Association
Eating Plan suggests eating a variety of food fiber sources. Total
dietary fiber intake should be 25 to 30 grams a day from food, not
supplements. Currently, dietary fiber intakes among adults in the
United States average about 15 grams a day. That's about half the
recommended amount.
12) Symptoms are rare but can include fatigue, breathlessness,
numbness, poor balance and memory trouble.Whole body: anaemia,
fatigue, or poor balance
Also common: memory loss, pallor, reduced sensation of touch,
shortness of breath, or tingling feet.
