One of my favourite leader is in hospital where I work where our leader has 100% accountability in her work as a leader and working under as a team makes ourself accountable for our own actions, which creates a sense of responsibility among our team and also make us so confident and proud of our self.
Favourite leaders do have good communication skills, Connect with people emotionally, Build real, lasting relationships and strong sense of humility.
Unfavourable leader was my team leader who does not have patients to listen to others and just shout out without any reason.

c. How do others describe you as a leader today? d. Describe your ideal leader.
ANSWER:
Others describe me as a competent, accountable and honest leader.
My ideal leader is Florence Nightingale because of her commitment and courage.
Commitment: Nightingale had a mission, not a job. She did not inquire about pay and benefits before leading her team of young nurses off to the Crimea, and she endured working conditions that would be considered intolerable in today’s world. Yet she never experienced “burnout,” and through devotion to her calling she changed the world of healthcare forever.
Courage: Florence Nightingale was courageous and she was unstoppable. She did not allow opposition from the British aristocracy or the antiquated views of imperious physicians and military leaders to prevent her from doing her work. When she ran into a brick wall, she found a way around or over.
e. What steps do you believe you need to take, if any, for you to
become that ideal leader?
ANSWER:
One step if I may say is more commitment. Commitment is very much needed in any kind of leadership in order to be a successful leader. The first duty in healthcare leadership is showing and inspiring the commitments you do by beginning with our own examples.
