Advantages of will over trust are -

1. To avoid complexity of language used in trust, many people prefer a will over trust, as the language used in a will is comparatively simple than trust.

2. There are no complicated documents used in a will. Where as a trust is formed by very complicated documents.

3. During the planning period, a will costs less than a trust. This is also a major reason some people prefer will over trust.

4. There is Re-titling of assets in case of trust. Where as in a will, changes can be made to assets without Re-titling them.

5. It is easy to manage a will rather than a trust. Will can easily be dissolved, where as there are complexities in dissolving a trust.
