3. Which barriers did you identify as the ones preventing you from being physically fit. Write down a minimum of 6 Barriers and explain why you think so.
* Lack of Time
Due to the shift duty hours and house hold work , to find time for physical activity is difficult. Also due to the weekly changing work pattern difficltybto make exercise a routine in life.
* Lack of self motivation
Does not have much interest in doing exercise .could not be consistent in physical activity and gets bored very easily. Feel Lack of energy after office work and taking care of family.
* Lack of skill
Feel.that I don't have enough skill to perform.physical activity and is more conscious about the crowd.
* Cost of the resources
The resources are of hight cost and diifficult to afford personal trainer and also to join any physical activities or games.
Lack of confidence
Have poor self image and this makes it difficult to join a gym or invole in other physical activities.
* Fear of injury
Many of friends have complained about pains and injuries after starting with physical activity.
