Write up a 3-4 page APA report which describes your plan to continue to be physically active to meet the 2008 physical activity guidelines and also evaluate your success/failure to achieve/maintain the physical activity plan you set for yourself. Answer the following questions:
What was your personal activity and exercise plan? Provide a detailed explanation. Include health, aerobic, and muscle-strengthening activity goals.
Were each of your goals easy, moderate or difficult to achieve? Can you continue these goals long-term?
How did you try to achieve your goals? Explain in detail.
If you were unable to achieve your goals, explain why you think this happened.
What are your personal recommendations for achieving/maintaining these goals in the future?
Provide evidence-based advice for achieving the goal if the goal was not attained.

Personal activity and exercise plan:
1. Morning walking for 1 hours around 2 to 3 km per 3 day in a week.
2. Change in diets plan, including vegetables and fruits in daily diet. Avoiding of junk food like pizza, burger etc.
3. Daily muscle stretching exercise under expert guidance twice per ten minutes as we spent alot of time working with computers muscle flexibility becomes essential for keeping us active.
4. Aerobic activity is included in the plan for one hour as it is beneficial for god functioning of heart and vascular system in a week.
The goals sets is difficult for me as maintaing the plan with working life schedule makes it challenging. Yes, currently maintaing the plan is essential for me as I understand the risk factors associated with my working life schedule. I can observe some symptoms of strain and stress on a daily basis on my behaviour and helath so I will try my best to follow the set guidelines.
I can keep my self motivated by listening soothing music such as beneficial for health. As it is a known fact that 528hz frequency music is beneficial for our health I can include in my daily plan. Good diets will keep me fresh as well as I can observe the benefits of it on a daily basis in me. The entire plan can reduce the risk of chronic disease and diabetes too in future.
If I unable to achieve my gaols it could be due to more work load as we work of healthcare organization, our work pressure can might increase based on the number of cases of our clients.
I should be mentally prepared to achieve the set goals as it can provide me lots of benefits in future. As a female gender the motivation is more as we understand the risk factor associated with growing age and after menopause.
I can keep checking weight on a monthly basis and certain factors such appetite , hair loss, skin texture, good digestive system can be used as a evidence if the goal is not achieved.
If I see benefits in above mention parameters then I can include more timing for exercise and change in diets.
