Please explain the administration , distribution, metabolism and excretion from pharmakinetics and how these processes work?
Administration/ Absorption
It is the method by which a drug passes several hurdles to enter the bloodstream. Lipid soluble medications pass cell membranes further easily than water soluble medications. The less the drug molecule, more comfortablely it can be absorbed.
The chief ways of absorption are
Distribution
The diffusion of drugs from their place of absorption to the place of their performance is distribution. Before entering their destination, few medications can be deposited in fat, liver, kidney and bone, dropping them helpless to use their influence.
Metabolism
Metabolism is the body's capacity to chemically modify a drug in a form given in to the one expelled from the body. Drugs are metabolized in the Liver, Kidney, lungs, blood, intestines etc and so three enzymatically interfered transitions occur which are
Elimination
Drug elimination is the total of the methods of passing an administered medicine from the body. The routes of elimination are through Kidney, Biliary, Intestinal, Lungs etc.
These processes control the drug level's vulnerability to tissue and thus the execution and pharmacological motion of the drug.
