Economy is necessary for the development of the state. In the new deal link consists of certain criteria and goals. There may be some targets to attain.so they will ensure some demands and gives relaxation to attain the specific targets.

The provision of new job opportunities,income maintenance programmes are necessary for expanding the power of national state.

The job satisfaction is necessary for improving productivity. By getting freedom it is possible.

The division of Labour is highly functional .It ensures that particular categories of people's have specific jobs to do.It helps them to become experts in their assigned activities. So it helps to improve economic growth.

Too much interference of the state in the life of people would destroy the very spirit of freedom.

The welfare states main function is to

-Maintainance of peace and order and provide security to people's.

-To protect the people's rights and provide justice for them.

- For conserving natural resources which helps to save economic status .

- Provide education to all.so that the literary status increases. So new job opportunities arises which result in increasing economic growth.

-Encourage trade,industry and commerce which result in economic growth.

-Maintainance of social harmony using laws.

- Prevention of crime.

- Maintenance of public health.

The economic status can be improved by providing job opportunities with the help of industries or business organisations,others etc.

For example if an industry needs 100% result. so the dealers will put forwarded a deal ,which ensures better salary offers,extra salary for overtime working ,promotions and will provide freedom to work. So that the employees will work hard to attain the goal.
