As the new chief executive officer (CEO), you have put many things in place at the Mucho County Healthcare System, and it has been in operation now for 3 years. Reflect on the work that you have done so far.

What do you think were the major managerial failures at the Mucho County Healthcare System? What could it have done better to command good care outcomes and patient experience?

As a new CEO many things and responsibilities are apllied to handle and to give best and to achieve best output from input and implementation of it .

As the CEO , i viewed first all the system were going in healthcare and according to that strategic knowledge application , crearing strategic knowledge , apllication of that strategic knowledge i did were many things , but mainly three things were

- Policy for Health care in which some aged people were declared to have the treatment free under some criteria : Now , here we declared some aged people to receive free treatments who were financially weak and who were not able to attain the centre we provided them the home treatment by sending the staff to their home for supplementary treatments .

- Wider and advanced equipments were been provided to staff : All wider and advanced equipments were provided to the staff to achieve the best output of the service .

- Periodic session of working ability or work record like case management of the staff were asked to give a review periodically to achieve the best output and to best serve the people health : Every associated staff have to describe and give the the session of work what they have done and which kind of case they have managed and how .

* Major Managerial Failure

- Major managerial failure in policy got little dispoointed and interrupted by some people who took advantage of it and they also started misusing this policy by adding person to person check up in the home treatment who were not falling under the poilicy .

- Managerial failure in equipment and material supplying sometime failed to order the material on time and to manage the stock of it .

- Managerial failure in reviewing the staff ability periodically disturbed when some staff refused or performed poor in managing the cases or they failed to achieve targeted number of cases .

* What could have done better for good command and better output and experience of patient .

- Under poilicy programme managerial task would have include all the details of eligible free aged check ups with the rules of not maximum than 2 person per home , so as to avoid misuse of this policy .

- supply of material , the healthcare manager should have been assigned the task to staff to note down or to keep a record of material use every day and so that to record the material and order to advance and to manage the stock should have been done to avoid the shortage of material .

- Some staff who were unable or who were not able to finish the criteria to manage the target case manahement should have been given notice and counsel them by giving the notice or by changing the staff so as to achieve the best treatment and more number of people treatment and with good experience of the patient . Or the number of staff should have been increased rather than forcing on limited staff .
