1.scientific data shows that high ICP (intra cranial pressure)can trigger Alzheimers.That is most prevalent cause of dementia.

Like in boxers dementia sudden blow of head also cause ICP.

As dementia progress the patient become less interactive with their environment.

  • Caring touchcan trigger the brain to release endorphins and sserotonin-natural Chemicals that suppress pain and depression.Massaging a loved ones hands or back can relieve pain.Brushing the patients hair and applying Lotion also give the same effect.
  • Hearin- Playing music will show some changes to the Patient.
  • Communicate with the patient slowly and clearly.
  • Smell- aromatherapy takes advantage of this by providing pleasant smells that might bring back Sweet recollection of feelings.
  • Taste- favourite foods and drinks keep the patient happy.

So intracranial regulation and sensation can make difference in patients with dementia.
