Later on, the inspection committee focused on the critical cause of failures of the power battery which was a lithium ion battery made of lithium cobalt oxide. This is the only battery which is used in the aerospace industry but due to exceed of electric voltage, the battery failed.

 

So to avoid such failure, the decision of few changes in the battery system was taken like avoid overheating, avoid high voltage flow etc. This blunder error could be found and corrected at the time of installation if we avoid the awkward way of working. Mechanical engineer can prevent such a failure by making proper inspection of the parts before its usage.
