A.Secondary condition could be renal failure which can be confirmed with elevated levels od BUN and creatine.Blood urea nitrogen indicate the extent of renal clearence of urea nitrogenous waste product.Serum creatine level when there is renal function is lost.
B.Tropnin test to be done if heart attack has occured this test to be repeat over the 6 to 24 hours.
