Utilizing this accounting sysem requires accounting skill, which most independent companies don't have, nor are they ready to spend on employing skilled employees to record their business transactions.
Example:An organization records a sale as soon as it sends an invoice to client.
ii) Cash basis of accounting :- This idea isn't notable in the accounting practices industry. In this idea, all the losses, gains, costs and incomes are perceived when they really happen and not when they are figured it out. This kind of idea disregards the essential concept of accounting.
A business which makes majority of its exchanges through money, would destined to utilize cash basis of accounting framework. They also pay for most expenses such as utilities, wages etc on cash basis.
