Expert Solution

The mutual relationship between employees and supervisors are important for smooth working of an institution. The good functioning of an organization is the responsibility of all members in an organization .Cooperation between all members in an organization lead to increased productivity.

Unity of command and chain of command is the principles of management .

Unity of command

Unity of command means that the subordinate have only one supervisor to report incidents and obey their commands. So many supervisors for one employee leads to conflict.

Chain of command

Chain of command refers to the orderly line of authority in an organization that is every organization there is a hierarchical order for command .example, the employee should responsible for obey the commands of immediate supervisors, immediate supervise are responsible for nursing officer and nursing officer responsible to managing director.

From the above scenario the employees do not follow the important principle of management such as unity of command and chain of command .The employee should responsible for obey the command of supervisor and incidence should be reported to the supervisor not at higher level.

In this situation the best attitude of the employee is the employe should report his difficulty to the supervisor and supervisors is responsible to report to the immediate level manager such as nursing superintendent. If there is no way to solve he is responsible to take duty on that day.

The way that the employees behave is not helpful to an organization, it leads to form conflicts between organization.
