Providing the health insurance to the employees is very important.It is provided by the employer for the safety of working employess in the workplace in case if they get injured or damanged during working operations,employer entails the responsibilty of the worker health and providing them diagnosis for the injury.While evaluating the potential jobs it is very important for the worker to seek the health insurance so that the employer remains responsible of the injury occuring to him or her in the working place.Workplace safety and ensurance board most closely meet the needs.Eg If an employee is working in a coal mine factory this is the responsibilty of an employer to keep employee safe to the threatened fumes in the case of processing coal.Many coal mine factories do not allow some particukar workers to enter into the particular room of coal making like old aged,women,child who are prone to suspecting the injury so that they may not get affected by the activity occur.In case if any employee got injured by extracting mines it is the empployer who is completely responsible for it.A good company or organisational institution is only where workers are treated like a factory.
