1. Inflammation is a normal response of body's immune system to injuries and harmful substance that enter your body.
2. Immune cells quickly react to the damaged area to fix that problem.
3. During this process, signs of inflammation can be seen which includes pain, swelling, warmth and redness.
4. Inflammation is a vital part of immune system response to infection and injury.
5. It is body's way of signalling the immune system to heal and repair the damaged tissues.
