Communication is an essential element for interaction, coordination and overall learning. When we communicate people from outside our specialization, we essentially leave our comfort zone to explore new views, knowledge and awareness. Usually we focus and take interest in respective fields of specialization but it restricts our awareness and potential of new research or technology in other fileds. So by communication we open our minds to newer avenues of knowledge about healthcare interventions and methodology which can have impacts even in our own disciplines.
In the field of healthcare the rapid development and research has led to heavy influx of knowledge which is used to provide cutting edge healthcare interventions and medical applications in treatments. Here when we communicate with other disciplines it leads to collaborations and research opportunities which can be implemented in our filed and help us develop a larger scope of application to healthcare delivery and interventions.
For providing quality care it is imperative that we have to communicate in order to have clear understanding and medical treatment options which can have positive impact on quality healthcare delivery. Also, outside our disciplines or specialization webcan get inspirations and applications that can solve the critical problems in our healthcare practice and methods.
