Tobacco companies are required to include warning labels on cigarette packaging. It has been recommended that they illustrate the effects of cigarette smoking. These images are quite graphic; examples include diseased lungs and a man exhaling cigarette smoke through his neck by way of a tracheotomy hole.

1. How do you feel about these regulations?
2. Will this type of packaging make a difference in the number of people who smoke? If not, can you think of other ways to encourage people to quit or prevent others from starting this habit?

Answer 1: Although the government is taking major steps to reduce the consumption of the tobacco among people, but most of the people doesn't care much. The use of the this regulation to print warning on the packaging of tobacco or cigarettes, may increase the awareness among people. This would result in reduced consumption of tobacco.
Answer 2: This type of packaging can help people to get aware of the harm and diseases caused by the tobacco consumption. But this may not work up to the mark. The better way to reduce the tobacco consumption is to provide education and information regarding the harm of the tobacco consumption. The behavioural changes approach may work here in the case of the tobacco.
Answer3: Yes, things which may causes or causes diseases or infection should have label on it. It is important to perform better evaluation to reduce the risk of the diseases/ disorder the foods may caused. Every product that may cause disease or harm should have label on it about all the Information. This will reduce the excessive intake of the product.
