Academic stressors, household stressors, substance absue, peer/ social stressors, self esteem/ sexual stressors, trauma/ violence stressors, psychiatric stressors, clinical stressors are some of the sterssors in adolescent.

Academic stressors: Nowadays college students are like strain cookers. Teenagers face a lot of stress to deal with the faculty works like assignments, homework, seminar etc, and additionally the principal stress producing thing is exams. The students will be facing stress for the examination. In case of some college students even they study properly they will now not be getting top marks.

Family stressors: Nowadays there are lot of household problems in our society. The dad and mom may be seperated and it will reason stress in children. The adolescent period is time when the teenagers require greater care and support, at that time if there is no one to help them potential it will purpose stress.

Risk taking behavior:

The stressors typically triggers depression and suicidal behavior. Because of the incapability to face stress the teens attempt suicide. Nowadays no of suicides done by means of young adults is increasing. They also face depression. The different risks are: panic attacks, anxiety, increased BP, DM, bronchial asthma etc

Management:

The stress is frequently prompted due to the manufacturing of hormones adrenaline and cortisol. By leisure we can minimize the manufacturing of these hormones.

* Should do workout for half hr/day

*Should sleep for 9 - 10 hrs/day

* Relaxation strategies like: hearing music, meditation, spa etc.

*Should train the youth to face the issues not to run away.
