A) data pertinent in this scenario are:- name, age, address, cheif complaints of patient, personal history, family history, allergy, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, vitals and a quick body check up.
B) the nursing assessment I would expect to be completed are check up for vitals, name, age, address, cheif complaints, history of present illness, past history of present.
Because all are important like age will give a important idea of dosage of drugs and chances of infectivity like more on old age and children. Address will give us an idea if there is any outbreak or not. Cheif complaints will decide the course of treatment and advice by the physician. And most is vitals to monitor.
C) we need to establish assessment priorities because by that we can stabilize the patient more efficiently and more precisely.
D) if the patient is having any allergy or not, if patient is coming from any endemic area or if his or her age is more making their immunity weak, what are the vitals, is he able breathe or not etc.
E) was told lie from the patient, wrong readings, patient is not able to speak , patient can't retain memory, patient family members not cooperative etc.
