ibuprofen is a drug that is used to relieve pain, fever infammation and type of arthritis. BrandNames available for Ibuprofen are Advil, pediatric advil,Motrin are more common. Side effects of ibuprofen are headache, dizziness, drowziness, nausea, abdominal pain.It is not recommended for pregnant ladies because of the risk of premature closure of ductus arteriosus in the foetal heart.

The child weighs 77lbs which is converted by 1pound is equal to 0.454 so 77*0.454=34.65kg To calculate the volume be prescription for the patient * stock volume(ml) = volume(ml) stock strength available

prescription for the patient = 5mg * 34.65= 173.25 ,    stock available= 2ml , stock strength available = 50 mg

so the answer will be 173.25mg * 2ml

50 mg    = 6.93 ml hence the ml will be aminister is 6.93ml for 50 mg.

The next answer method be like the same

Prescription of the patient * stockvolume

stock strength available = volume ( ml)

= 20mg * 5 ml

10 mg = 10  ml

hence the ml  instruct the patient to take per dose = 10 ml

1 milliltre = 0.202884 and it wi be converted to teaspoon by 10 * 0.202884= 2.02 teaspoons

And the answer for teaspoon taken per dose is 2.02.
