Nutrisystem is a company that focuses on diet and weight loss. They have their three plans that provide different packages for different prices. Basic that just have the meal, delivery and tracking options, Core along with the three basic customers get their food choice and counseling and the final one Uniquely yours along with the Core package provides food choice and frozen food.

Quick Trim on the other hand provides Burn and cleanse 14 days, Fast burner with a drink and sugar and carp cheater which suit people who worry about their sugar and carbohydrate levels. These pills help the consumers with burning their calories and reduce weight. Quick trim is also in a law suit filed by four of its customers who claims that they don't work as they were projected.

Nutrisystem has an advantage over Quick Trim for the following reasons.

1. It provides food which very natural for the human body but Quick Trim on the other hand provides supplements that are undergone lots of chemical processes which is not good for health over a period of time.

2. It offers counseling and intervention which is good because it takes ownership but in the case of Quick Trim, it just sells pills with few warnings printed. It suggests checking with a doctor instead of offering help to people who used their products.

In my opinion, Nutrisystem is better than Quick Trim only when compared but people don't need these diet programmes and pills to be healthy. If people consume healthy food with a moderate exercise, they will be able to maintain their health in a better way. There are lots of diet companies that literally threaten people in the name of diet and health and rob them of their money and time. At times, they don't even care to compensate for the damages their products caused and there is no strict rules against supplements like the drugs. They also add some chemicals which are not mentioned in the label. Most of the results were achieved in a controlled environment and the celebrities who endorse these pills and programmes do it for money.
