Discuss how dress code standards for health care companies have changed over the years. Identify some of the current standards that you believe will change in the near future and explain why.
Being in a proper dress and maintaining a good dress conduct is one of the most important task to be taken care of. There are various ways in which companies have changed their standards of grooming and dressing, below are the following of some :-
1. Work attire must be professional, neat, and clean.
2. Clothing must be clean, pressed, and businesslike, to present a professional appearance appropriate to the employee's job and work duties and allows a patient or visitor to easily identify an employee.
3. Footwear must be clean, safe, in good repair and not exceed three inches (3") in height. Sandals and flip flops are not permitted.
4. Hair should be clean, neatly styled, and of a "natural" hair color .
These are some of basic dress code standards being expected in mostly all the companies working in the field of healthcare.

1. Avoiding of shoes footwear outside the company premises: - footwear which are worn outside the premises create chances of infection and unhygienic behavior in the facility, so there could be chances that a work shoes Culture may develop.
2. Grooming of males - research have found out that, improper grooming and long facial hair are a key reason of increasing fungal and germs. The person working in Operations might be not allowed to increase the facial hairs.
