The differences between caregiving and support to family people include higher amounts of stress, burder to females as compared to males.A statistical survey has revealed that women often leave their jobs, personal preferences and independent life for the education of child, and for the uplifment of old parents suffering from dementia, and other debilitating neuronal disorders.In america,most of the caregiving tasks are performed by old women who take care of the entire household.In achieving this status, they do through a pot of mental trauma, stress and depression while taking care of old parents and handling their husbands, who mainly have the single preference of working and providing money to the female for efficient running of the household.The strain and stress associated and encountered by the female in running the houseful,cleaning of household, maintenance of society relationships, education and career development of the child is much more as compared to males.

The unique care-giving experiences and circumstances of families of color include the Hmong and black african-american communities involved in care giving experiances.This includes the development and building of modules in specific area and regions where development of colored community and care giving is required.Further,advertisement, posters and banners are published describing about these rehabilitation offices and buidlings.In addition to this,various conferences,meetings and workshops are organized for disabled people,war veterans and other old people suffering from neuronal disorders like psychosis and depression,bipolar syndrome and autism.Various non-governmental organizations,churches have also started making people aware of the need and importance of care-giving experiances for old people with maintening the sanctity of household and education of children.Networking centres have been developed with counseling facilities for rehabilitation of old people.Effort has been made to develop infrastructure,facilities and recreational facilties for old senile people in society.Various telephone online emergency services have been provided where specific caregivers come to the house of affected family members and provide assistance,counseling and proper advice for the effective management of household in traumatic and serious situations.
