Grading provides students with feedback on their own learning, and helps to identify their strength and weakness in learning and where they can improve. Grading also provides feedback to instructors on their students’ learning. There by the teachers also can improve their method of teaching.

Create assignments that have clear goals and criteria for assessment. The better students can easily understand and can perform better.

In many situation a teacher have to face conflicts with students over grades and assignments.
