What types of material are available for you as a Supply Chain Professional? What types of certification programs are available? How do you plan on using this newly gained knowledge to grow personally and professionally within the industry? Did any of the sites surprise you on what is available to you? As a supply chain professional, the materials i have at my disposal are Books, business reports, case studies, notes on supply chain and gudiance of teachers and professor who would help me to gain more knowledge in this supply chain area.

The certificates that are available and would make me a certified supply chain professional are from APICS in which i can get certificates like the CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).

There is one site that surprise me because the site provide me more knowledge and insight about this field and how i can use the knowledge into my professional life in future. the site is supplychaindive.

My plan is to have my bachelors degee with good GPA so that i can have more opportunity to have a good job in future. For that i would choose a reputed institute specialized in supply chain management area.

second, i would focus on maintaing my GPA and do hard study in my education so that i can gain as much knowledge and skills possible.

third i would focus on having these certificates after my graduatation.i would take the exam for getting APICS certificate. i would try to clear the exam in one go.

then i would apply for the job as supply chain specialist or executive position in well reputed company and give many interviews to many companies so that chances of my selection increases.

Then i would work hard to get promotion in supply chain are like if i worked in Unilevel or Nike company then i would stay in the company for years and get promoted.in all this, my knowledge from materials, certificates will help me.
