As, we know Voluntary Turnover stands for when employee choose to leave a position because of following reason like they may not be satisfied with the current Job, they may need career change and higher study, they may have accepted another offer, so for the position of project manager, he is having role of association with one or more than one project, as project manager takes big role in Integration management, project charter formation, to defining scope, activities, estimation of resources, time and cost, managing communication practices, risk management, stakeholder engagement to managing or handling procuring activities, thus, leaving that position, need immediate fill up of that position with suitable skill and expertise, again, it will include cost related hiring, recruitment, releasing employee cost, and risk like the associated project may be not properly taken care of, project may be affected with creep,

HR Manager

If this position employee leaves voluntarily, there may be multiple damage if correctly hand over and take over not done, those are like various legal, and HR related compliance data may not be updated, the HR system can be affected, many work related HR look like pending, again, cost could be like recruitment and Hiring cost,

Technical and Functional Manager,

The benefits associated with when someone voluntary leaves that Job, Organization could assign the challenge to another people, which is enough fit for this position and the new joined employee would be much energetic and aligned to understand the work profile and internal environment of the organization, further, they will put their best to achieve their result with high spirit as they have got a new challenge, again, organization can get multiple opening, where various related people can apply for, further employer should create a system which can asses that the upcoming employee will be fit for their organization, as Job fit takes important role, so assessing that Job fit decision will help them to reduce voluntary turnover as well, again, company should allow for employee to gain or uplift their career, even in future, that could be helpful for same organization, as that employee is constantly brushing up their knowledge by taking challenging opportunity,
