3. The graph is misleading because of the intentionally wrong scaling. In the Y axis, the “percent who agreed with court” is labeled but the labeling is not started from 0.
62 % democrats agreed with court, where as 54% republicans and 54% independents also agreed with court.
4. I would fix the graph by the right scaling i.e. starting the Y axis scaling from 0.

The creator of this graph used the misleading graph in the biasness of democrats, so that seeing the graph at a glance, one would think the percentage of democrats agreeing with court is much greater in comparison with republicans and others, where in the real scenario the percentage difference is 8%. This is just a visual paradox.
