  • You also need to avoid activities and sports that could cause injury. Swimming and walking are safe activities. If you would like to start a new activity that will increase the amount of exercise you get every day, talk to your doctor.
  • You can still do many things that you enjoy. If you like to work in the yard, you still can. Just be sure to wear sturdy shoes and gloves to protect yourself. If you like to ride your bike, be sure you wear a helmet.
  • If you have had a fall or hit your head, even if you are not bleeding.Call your doctor and go to the hospital immediately.
  • To prevent injury indoors:
  • Use a soft toothbrush.
  • Use waxed dental floss.
  • Be very careful using knives and scissors.
  • Use an electric razor.
  • Do not use toothpicks.

  • Always wear shoes.
  • Wear gardening gloves when doing yard work.
  • Avoid activities and sports that can easily hurt you
  • Monitoring :
  • You will take blood thinner every day. The dose usually ranges from 1 mg to 10 mg. Your healthcare provider will prescribe a specific dosage strength, however, keep in mind that this dosage may change based on the results of each laboratory test.
  • Take the dose at the same time each day.
  • Take your dose of blood thinner as instructed once a day.
  • Blood thinner can be taken before or after eating.
  • If you forget to take your dose and remember within eight hours of the time you were supposed to take your dose, take the dose. If it is past eight hours, wait until the next day and take only the prescribed dose for that day. DO NOT TAKE A DOUBLE DOSE.
  • If you forget to take your blood thinner two or more days in a row, call your healthcare provider. The dose may need to be changed.
  • Refill your prescription one week before your supply runs out to avoid missing a dose.
  • Continue to take warfarin as long as your provider prescribes it. Never stop taking warfarin on your own without discussing this with your provider.

This noise has a Gaussian distribution about zero with a standard deviation equivalent to 2.8 mmHg. a. What is the probability that...
