Instagram is a very popular & well known photo sharing social networking site owned by Facebook & it's created by kevin Systrom & Mike Krieger. People mostly post the highlights of their lives on Instagram & the users is increasing day by day & beside the elders children are also active enough in this social media platform now-a-days. Though there is nothing wrong with young children trying to use the latest technology bt it's more important to weigh the Instagram pros & cons before letting the young children starrt using this site. Mostly children watch their older siblings as well as peers, as a result they too can try something new because of their curiosity.

A user who is not having private account can get negative comments due to use of wrong hashtags.As a example a very young girl can use "beautiful" "cute" etc. as the hashtag of her pictures & she believes it is completely safe but predators may seek out specially those terms & can find them easily.
3. Instagram makes their sponcership with different companies, so various types of tempting advertisements are there & these are enough to tempting a young child easily.
4. There is a most negative phenomenon after popularity of Instagram & it was the sudden surge of teenage celebs.It creates a craving in child's heart to become famous within one night , So children can try to create fake life & which they can share on instagram to get viral.
5. Another & most common disadvantage is the addiction in Instagram. If children becomes addicted once to this app, they can easily spend their days glued to the app. This is terrible waste of time for a children to learn something others creative & children can destroy their learning period.
