1) A database is an integrated collection of data .

Collected of related is stored in a form such that it enables the information to be retreived as needed .

As we are running a tourism business a necessary process to store the customer data .

For that database will be the best one .

Example :

When want data of the customer to give him an offer or the customer how made more than 5 trips ,

then we can get data easily from the data base .

2) Divide and Conquer will be the the best to sort the problems .

When we are stucked with many file then divide the work into parts , and the go with one by one .

Choose the priority and then go .

Example :

If we want manage multiple trips on going ,

then split the trips based on any facor that fells more important .

And then go with each trip one by one .

3) Power Point Presentation will the best one to go with .

Create a PPT with all the necessary information about the travel agency .

You need show each and every detail about the agency .

And also it is important to represent it well .
