Affordable care act(ACA) also called as health care law that implemented in the year 2010 to increase health insurance coverage in all Americans.

Major demographic population affected with ACA is Americans with low income or vulnarable groups .

It is aimed at small bussiness health options programme for small employees , generally those with 1 to 50 full time and full time equivalent employees who want to provide health and dental coverage to their employees.

Health care providers like pharmaceutical companies, practioners , some market place based insures are affected bye the affordable care act.

Some providers needs to do , hiring more staff, relaying more on advanced practice clinician , expending more facilities and hours .

Regulatory bodies like federal agencies need to work more for this act. Both legislative and judicial part of federal agency need to work for proper implementation of the act.

CMS also requested for some changen in public health programms like meducaid.
