all persons employed as workers in all establishments/organizations

of Sindh. This law, however, does not apply to persons employed by

A strike is a situation when workers as a whole body, generally stop working or reduse to continue day to day operations owing to disputes or their demands not being met by the employers. | A lockout is a situation where places of work are often closed or operations suspended and workers are denied the opportunity to continue day-to day operations absolutely or conditionally. |
