The previous director was fired because of a backlog in enrolling providers which soured relations with the provider community and resulted in low staff morale. Good staff morale is essential for easy working of an institution. Staff morale is referred as it is a combination of feeling,attitude and behavior .The loss of staff morale and trust have greater affect on the organization,this will lead to decreased productivity and less staff engagement.

2)Offering incentives ___incentive is one of the positive motivation strategies .Positive motivation have greater significant in maintaining staff morale and improve trust. Offering incentive is one of the best action to regain staff morale and trust.

3)appreciate employees for their good work ___appreciation is also a positive motivation. Appreciation help to increase staff engagement and thereby improving staff morale. As a director we should always appreciate the employees for their good work.

4)transparency___transparency is essential for improve staff morale and trust. As a director we should transparent with staff and inform about organizational goal, updates, and feed back of customers .Do not hide any thing from employees.

5)get employees feedback ___feedback is good tool to recognize the problem area and it help us to take appropriate action to increase staff morale and trust.
