Do we need goverment regulations of social activities problems?
Yes, government regulations are necessary for social activities problems, but within limits. The government should not infringe into individuals' freedom. If there is no proper regulation, there would be lot of chaos. Where there is a possibility of problem, there should be government regulation. If there is violence or any clashes among different gropus/individuals in any social activity where thousands of individuals participate, that would lead to utter chaos. In these kind of situations, the government must intervene and correct the situation. Government regulations are placed to help the people to lead happy life, they are not introduced to curtail the freedom of individuals. If the government is intervening too much into individuals' privacy, the judiciary is there to help the individuals. Just for example, if a group of people are enjoying a party in a club on 31st December, and suddenly one section of people of that group started using abusive words at other section of that group, with which the other group reacted very quickly and started beating the other section, slowly this scuffle may lead to a big fight.
In these kind of situations it is very difficult to control these groups, so if there is proper government regulation on social activities problems, that can avoid these kind of fights. So it is better to have government regulation on social activities problems without curtailing the individual's freedom. At the same time, if the government is intervening too much in individuals freedom then the individuals can approach judiciary for justice.
