Summarize how a blood pressure cuff allows a person to determine blood pressure.

Blood presssure cuff:It is used to take blood pressure.it is having the inflatable rubber blabber that is tighed around the arm,The meter which finds the pressure indicates the cuff's pressure.when the cuff has been inflated an air value is used to slowly release air pressure.when the air gets air we will use the stethoscope to listen arterial blood flow sounds.

The movement of the heart beat is differentiate into two types systolic and diastolic which plays major role in detrmination of blood pressure

systolic:when the heart beat that push the blood through the arteries which cause in raise and fall of arterial pressure

diastolic:This is a bottom number in which the blood pressure in the arteries when the heart rest between the beats.

They are different kinds of blood pressure cuffs:which are made by mercury,aneroid are manually using ,and digital pressure cuffs  used automatically.

To find the blood pressure manually you need a blood pressure cuff with the aneroid monitor,and squeezable ballon also known as sphygmomanometer,and the stethoscope.

this process involves taking of your blood pressure should have to be relaxed condition,and positioning of arm straight,you have to place the cuff on your bicep and squeeze the ballon to inflate the cuff.by using the numbers on aneroid monitor,then inflate the cuff about 20-30mm Hg over the normalblood pressure.once it is inflated we have to place the stethoscope where major artery is located and hear properly so that you can able to find the valve.so keep listening and allow the ballon to slowly deflate until that rhythm stops when its stops calculate the reading .
