Ans) • As an medical laboratory scientist, attitude of the laboratory scientist must be positive towards the patient to make the patient full comfortable.

Patient's experience with the medical laboratory scientist all depends on the way of talking, behavior of the medical technologist.

Keeping good behavior will help the patient in a way that he/she will cooperate you in the testings of his/her biological specimens.

So, a diligent attitude of the medical laboratory scientist is must for good laboratory practices.

Part II) There will be hard need to change the techniques:

A) Need to hold the slide at 30-40 degrees to achieve optimal smear length.

B) Fill a capillary tube three quarters filled with blood.

C) Hold the capillary tube vertically over the slides.

D) Add one drop of blood to form on the end of tube.

* The classic blood smear has a thumb print appearance. A well developed fathered edge is apparent.
