Three principles for foundation of water reuse:
With increase in global population and climate changes many people are facing water supply problems. So water reuse is attracting attention reusing municipal waste water can decrease the water problems.
Reusing water is safe when appropriately used. Reusing water planned for use in recharging aquifers or augmenting surface water receives adequate and reliable treatment before mixing with naturally occurring water and undergoing natural restoration processes. Some of this water eventually becomes part of drinking water supplies.
Agricultural waste reuse : subsurface irrigation systems are designed to spread water evenly in farm lands. Thus water can be reused.
Recycling aquarium water :instead of wasting the already used aquarium water it can be reused for watering potter plants or agriculture fields.
Trap rain water :After collecting the rain water can be used in the garden to water plants, for laundry and many other purposes as rainwater is considered clean and safe compared to other types of used water such as greywater.
Use coarse filters :With coarse filtration the greywater from the house is collectively then directed into the filtration system where the coarse particles are removed. After removing, the outflow can be connected to an irrigation system for use in watering plants and other purposes such as washing the car and outdoor cleaning.
Reuse unused drinking water :Drinking water stored for a long period of time has a stale taste.Instead of disposing use it for washing utensils and other household chores as it is not that dirty. Stale pet water can also be used on potted plants.
Collect the outflow from watered plants and irrigation fields.
