Around, 81000 cases of coronavirus has been reported till date, with less than half being able to recover. Over 25 countries are trying to tackle the Corona-virus, as it affects the daily lives and businesses around the globe, the employers are trying to educate their workforces on how to prevent the virus from further spreading.
Several industries have different programs to handle infectious diseases but majority lack the proper management and resources (Beattie, 2019). Effective communication is a must, regarding the corona virus, with employees briefing them about proper consequences, the disease, the spread, how to avoid it, the plans and actions. For example: information regarding the control and avoidance of coronavirus with an intructional guide for employees, free distribution of effective masks etc.
Management professionals of companies should be reasonable and considerate when dealing with the supposedly infected employees and also while devising an infectious-disease management plan. Never forget the needs of the employees and treat them as humanly as possible.
The insurance companies should rise up to the occasion and not try to look the other way. Both the construction and the insurance companies should work in tandem to devise a strategy for the greater good. They might incur some subjective losses or turn less profit as targeted but exceptional situations call for exceptional solutions.
Basically, an accident causation model is defined as a systematic method of ascertaining the causes of an accident. Furthermore, an accident can be elaborated as a complex coincidence of activities or phenomena in real time. To determine the causes leading up to an accident is a daunting task, because of the number of variables to consider and understand. In the case of corona virus the illegal trading of wild animals can be considered as a cause along with various health hazards that were being consistently played with in Wuhan, the birthplace of Corona virus. A ban by the Chinese government on the illegal trade can act as a fair move to combat such further outbreaks.
